This camp was quite special in the lead up to Japan as it was an opportunity to get the entire Hampshire units together to celebrate the journey we have all been on and what is yet to happen.
After the weather causing a slight issue with getting the Guernsey patrol the entire unit were reunited once again. The weekend would be filled with many activities for the scouts to carry out and meant that they'd have plenty of opportunity to socialise with the rest of the scouts attending with them.

In patrols they had practice building gateways and also team building activities. There was also a couple of stations for final bits of prep for japan.
The Saturdays activities were rounded up by the patrols cooking for themselves and then we headed to the campfire circle for a little bit of unit rivalry and sketches performed by the patrols.

The next day activities continued so that everyone would go around the same bases.
This weekend we also had received the unit kit, and as expected, everyone was very excited and loved them. Each unit member got provided with a t-shirt and craghopper shirt to take with them. As an optional extra we offered a hoodie which they would have to pay for themselves. However this didnt deter anyone and the unit all have matching jumpers.
It's nothing personal - but its definitely the better kit.
