On our third day of camping at the 23WSJ site we were down for offsite water and beach activities. We departed from the front of the campsite in the car park. There were lots of coaches lined up and ready to swing us off to the Kiara Hama beach; 30 mins away from camp. We got there and the minute we got off of the air-coned coach the heat hit us and we knew it would be a hot day. Making our way to the beach we got told that we were going to do 4 activities; dodge-fribee, swimming, volley ball and beach flag. We played dodge-frisbee against the Mexicans and the Swedish.... We won both matches so at least the UK wins something! After the beach-frisbee we ran into the water and we in heaven. Most of us went in fully clothed so we still kept cold after we came out of the water. We took many selfies and enjoyed the water like every other British person who sees water and whom are living in a heat wave. Next was volley ball in which we stood in circles with other nationalities and played with the volley ball. Unfortunately due to timings of other groups we couldn't play beach flag but we were upset about that because we were very worn out from the exercise in the sun. Oh and a wise sentence from James: "don't carry 3 half filled water cubes up at hill in 40 degree heat... It really isn't worth it!"
